Energy Shield for an Individual

Our human selves are often triggered by energies around us. Perhaps another person, the draw of unhealthy food, something else that troubles us. We can draw on our energy to provide a layer of protection around you or your loved ones to give you a buffer that allows you to respond and interact logically and reduces that emotional trigger. This is particularly helpful as we are sheltering-in-place and have less space and time apart from family.

Double Energy Shield for an Individual

This service includes the regular bubble wrap outlined above plus an extra layer of protection! This extra layer will allow messages and influences that support you to replenish your spirit while holding your own negative thoughts at bay. Double bubble wrap provides an extra buffer against your own negative thoughts that don't support and serve you. My clients who are their own worst critic - burdened with self doubt, self hate, anxieties - find that this service provides tremendous relief. Those who would also like to go on a journey with me to heal the root cause of these internally-generated negative influences might want to sign up for my Anxiety Relief service shown below. In the meantime, this service will provide you with a reprieve - a moment of relief, peace and calm - so that you can experience living life with ease and grace. Most of my clients tell me that the feeling lasts for about four days and then they are ready for a reboot.

Learning Differences Re-Imagined

Many of us and our loved ones have challenges that make us unique and beautiful but may also imped our ability to realize our purpose and passions. We can use energy to allow for those beautiful differences while also scaffolding and allowing for practicalities. Areas of success with current clients and their loved ones include:

Your Body Re-Imagined

Take a journey with me to reach your ideal healthy weight and figure. We will use energy to "bubble wrap" you from unhealthy foods, remove the cravings for food that does not serve you, redirect your calories toward their intended purpose of creating energy and nourishing your body instead of getting stuck as unhealthy fat stores.

Occasional reboot of bubble wrap protection against food cravings. Some clients report wanting a reboot as much as once per week. This may stretch out as you re-learn healthy eating patterns.

Do you feel a heaviness, negativity or judgment in your home or workspace? I can assess the space and if there are spirits "stuck" in your space, I can help to relocate them, and then we can work together to cleanse the space. This will bring you more energy and a feeling of relief and light.

Dogs have very flexible souls. They can shift from one dog to another in certain circumstances. If you are thinking about getting a new dog or if you have a dog but don't feel connected, I might be able to facilitate a release and a reconnection to the soul of a dog that is connected with your soul.

If you have a loved one who is close to passing away, I can connect with them (via channeling) and help to escort them through their journey. I will follow them daily and if their higher self agrees to connect with me, I will be able to alert you of any changes in their health or readiness to pass. This has been particularly helpful during COVID-19 when in-person visits are limited or impossible.

Allergies

In most cases, our allergies are generated from energy blocks formed from experiences during childhood. I can work with you to release those energy blocks and free you from your allergies. Of course, serious allergies need to be discussed with your doctor and they can help you assess if you have indeed let your allergies go.
